Hier ein paar nützliche Informationen um Ihren Aufnenthalt bei uns so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Hotel Information
Zermatt ist autofrei. Die Anreise mit dem Privatauto endet in Täsch. Hier kann das Fahrzeug im Parkhaus „Matterhorn Terminal“ abgestellt werden und das letzte Stück wird mit dem Zug oder einem privaten Taxi zurückgelegt. Falls Sie mit dem Zug unterwegs sind, können Sie gemütlich bis Zermatt sitzenbleiben.
Sobald Sie sich zwischen Täsch & Zermatt befinden, können Sie uns anrufen und wir organisieren den Taxi Service vom Bahnhof / Taxi Stand in Zermatt zum Hotel. Dieser Service ist ab einem Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten im Preis inbegriffen. (Normalpreis: CHF 20.00 pro Fahrt mit Taxivoucher) Falls Sie ein anderes Taxi nehmen, können wir den Preis leider nicht garantieren & ist nicht inklusive.

Check-in at Alpenlodge Zermatt is available from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
If you arrive in Zermatt earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage with us and enjoy the day carefree in the village.
If you are arriving after 9:30 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. This way, we can organize your late arrival and transfer to Zermatt in the best possible way.
Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
If you wish to depart earlier, we kindly ask you to settle your hotel bill the day before.
On your departure day, you can store your luggage with us and enjoy your time in Zermatt at a relaxed pace – before heading home.
The taxi transfer from the entrance of Zermatt / Zermatt train station is included for stays of 2 nights or more.
Call us as soon as you are between Täsch and Zermatt, and we will arrange the taxi for you.
Pets are welcome at our hotel. We charge CHF 10.00 per night for pets.
If your pet stays in the room during the day, the room will not be cleaned.
