If you arrive in Zermatt earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
If you arrive after 22:00, please let us know early enough so that we can organise your arrival and transfer.

Check-out is from 08:00 – 11:00.
If you leave earlier, we ask you to settle your bill the day before.
You are welcome to leave your luggage with us on the day of departure if you would like to enjoy the day in Zermatt.
